When a dog is born on the streets of rumania there's only a little chance he can escape hell.He'll probably be captured by the next dog-catcher , who either slays him to death or brings him to some kind of dog concentration camp like a piece of rubbish. With ears cut off, injected to death or dead because of starvation, the result is always the same: In the government's opinion street dogs have to be killed.
