This video highlights the importance of not eating porridge to soon prior to training. There is only one way and that is back-up!!! in the form of vomitus. Hard training and food do not mix! It was funny to watch and no-one shared any sympathy! How caring we were towards to the individual concerned. Eat at least 2-3 hours prior to exercise or you may just find yourself in trouble with regards to the digestive system!!!!
