Intense training can cause you to feel sick. There are many reasons for this but I always advise my participants to KEEP SWALLOWING IF THEY FEEL SICK. Sometimes it is necessary to stop training depending upon the signs and symptoms being demonstrated by the individual concerned! Its no laughing matter, the sensation is awful once the mouth begins to salivate. In the video Kate says she feels sick, yet she was able to continue. Remember there are many reasons why you feel sick during exercise and it is up to you to be sensible about how you deal with it. chiselthemiddle x
